Frequently Asked Questions…
FAQs
Can I order prints from you? Yes, hurray this year I am offering printing services and you can order directly from your gallery. They are high quality from a professional printing lab. This is what I recommend as I can’t guarantee the quality of other printers.
What should we wear for our session? once your session is booked, I will send you an email with outfit ideas and color coordinating choices. I want to make this the least stressful as possible and everyone be able to wear what they wish and be happy about their outfit choice. Choosing clothings is the hardest part for a lot of people, and I am happy to help or give you input as you are getting everyone’s outfits together.
How are locations determined? Base on your session type, I will be sending you different choices and we’ll discuss and finalize the perfect location after your session is booked.
Can we bring our dog? Well-behaved furry friends are always welcome at sessions, provided our location permits animals on the premises. I cannot hold a leash while making beautiful pictures for you, so it’s important for you to arrange to bring someone who can attend to your pup as needed so that the rest of us can be fully engaged during the “humans-only” photos. Dogs must be leashed at all times during outdoor sessions.
What if the weather disrupts our plans? We are lucky we live in Sunny Phoenix area and if we get clouds it can really enhanced your portraits. I can make the images in almost any weather but if is going to be a downpour we can choose to reschedule.
When will we get our gallery? Approximately 2-3 weeks from session date. I do my best to process sessions and deliver beautiful and thorough galleries faster than promised, but can be a little hard during the busy Fall season. If you are anxious to order holiday cards, please let me know that I will happily send you a small sampling of photos as a “sneak peek” much earlier than when your full gallery is ready, so that you can get those done in a timely manner!
COVID-19 Clients, photographer and assistants are not expected to wear face coverings. All clients will be expected to use reasonable judgment and notify the photographer to reschedule if someone is sick, and photographer will have a flexible re-scheduling policy this year (but cannot guarantee availability in a short time frame). Likewise, if a session must be canceled or rescheduled because photographer (or household member) is sick, a full refund or flexible reschedule will be offered.
